Halston Market, a project proposed by M/I Homes, received preliminary plat approval from the City Council in October 2021. The City granted preliminary approval for the development in spring of 2021 and is expected to consider final approval in 2022.ġ25 Townhomes Planned for 11 Acres in Oakton Corridor Terra Cotta Partners is developing Cumberland Crossing, a residential/retail complex adjacent to the Cumberland Metra Station which calls for 348 residential rental units, 2,000 square feet of commercial development, and improvements to the Golf/Wolf intersection. A commercial development, which includes a mix of restaurants, including an Outback Steakhouse, First Watch Daytime Café, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, along with a recreational retail cannabis dispensary is planned at Mannheim Road and Pratt Avenue.
